When you click the Preferences tab at the top of the Barracuda page, you are first taken to your Whitelist and Blacklist addresses page. Here you may manually add or delete specific email addresses (somebody@theisp.com) or even entire domains (microsoft.com) to either always accept (whitelist) or reject (blacklist) all emails from that source. Type in your choice in the box under Email Address and click the Add button to put the address on your list.. Click the trashcan icon to the right of an entry to remove it. |

The
Quarantine Settings Section

Here you may chose how often the Barracuda emails you to alert you of mail in your quarantine list. We don't recommend that you select Never, as you might then forget to check your quarantined emails and you might miss an important email. As your Barracuda account is trained, less and less email will be left for you to manage. The Notification Address defaults to the address of the account you are in. We suggest you leave it as is. |

Note: This does not change your Crystal Wind logon or email password. It is for the Temporary password the Barracuda emailed you when it created your quarantined email account. You might find it easiest to change the Temporary password to match your Crystal Wind password, the one you use to download your email. |
